I used Mid North Real Estate for around five years to not only manage my properties but also to sell them.
As far as rental management went they took all of the problems away from me and dealt with them in a thorough and cost effective way. Regular inspections meant I was emailed reports with pictures showing the state of my properties along with recommendations on work that needed to be done and anything that might need attention in the future.
