Discover a lifestyle block with a difference—where peace, privacy, and a true connection to nature come together in one unique offering.

Wake each day to birdsong and the beauty of surrounding native bush, with majestic trees, tranquil streams, and the soothing sounds of nature creating your own private sanctuary. Sheltered from high winds and naturally protected from flooding, this property offers both serenity and security.

The well-maintained three-bedroom home is move-in ready, originally relocated in 2014 and extensively upgraded with modern wiring, plumbing, and drainage. Inside, a functional open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows effortlessly out through bifold doors onto expansive decking—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding, all set against a lush native backdrop.

Designed for easy living, this is a lifestyle property without the demands of farming—ideal for those working from home, commuting, or simply seeking space without the burden of a full-scale rural operation.

The grounds offer versatility and potential, with generous flat areas suitable for sheds, greenhouses, or workshop space. A two-bay garage with integrated laundry, additional small sheds, woodshed, and a separate original dwelling provide flexibility for storage, hobbies, or a private studio setup.

Enjoy multiple peaceful spots across the property to relax and recharge, including a clear stream running along the boundary—enhancing the sense of retreat and escape.

Conveniently positioned in central Northland, you’re within approximately 15 minutes of Kaikohe for everyday essentials including supermarkets, healthcare, schools, and services, and around 45 minutes to Whangarei, Kerikeri, Paihia, and Opononi.

Properties offering this level of privacy, natural beauty, and flexibility—without the premium price tag—are increasingly rare. If you’re seeking something a little different, this is well worth your inspection.

Deb Wilson

You can take the girl out of Kaikohe but you can’t take Kaikohe out of the girl.  Born and raised here in the mid north area Deb Wilson is a Kaikohe girl through and through.  Raised on a dairy farm just on the outskirts of town, that property is being transformed into the exciting new industrial park.  Big things are happening around the Kaikohe area.

Attending Kaikohe East School then Northland College she met and married Keith Wilson, a local automotive icon.  Today their business Wilson Automotive remains a thriving company servicing the mid north area for automotive and diesel repairs.

Deb and Keith have three adult children who all live and work locally.  Family is everything!!!

Deb has enjoyed a successful career in real estate over the past 20 years and has watched the mid north area transform through the good times and the more trying times.  She is reveling in the upswing in and around the Kaikohe area in particular, as it is our time to shine.

When she is not taking care of her real estate clients or helping Keith with their automotive business you will find them both out deep-sea fishing or up enjoying the Kaikohe Speedway.  Join them for a beer at the local rugby club sometime. They are both avid supporters.
